I’m Stephen, a 65 year old man with a heart full of gratitude and a deep desire to live life to the fullest. Unfortunately, my health journey has taken a detour, leaving me in need of a kidney transplant.

Before my illness, I was a passionate recreational therapist, sharing my love of music, art, and sports with patients in San Diego. I was also an avid athlete, running marathons and enjoying the thrill of surfing.

My faith in God has been my guiding light through this challenging time. I’ve lived in Israel serving others and deepening my connection to my faith.

Why I Need a Kidney
